We are looking for several senior system developers for an assignment in the public sector where you will be an important part of a product team that develops, further develops, and manages mission-critical systems. You will work in an established system development process and contribute throughout the entire lifecycle – from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and troubleshooting. The role involves close collaboration in agile IT teams to deliver IT support based on the needs of the business.

• Participate in the entire system development cycle: requirements work, system design, planning, coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop new, further develop, and maintain existing systems and components.
• Develop and integrate complex distributed systems with many integration points.
• Build service-oriented and event-driven solutions, including REST APIs and ServiceBus technology.
• Work with multithreaded development in C# using async/await.
• Optimize and further develop databases in SQL Server.
• Work with test-driven development and automated testing.
• Document system design and system implementation.
• Collaborate closely with team members according to agile working methods.

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least 7 years of experience with Microsoft .NET.
• At least 7 years of experience with C#.
• At least 4 years of experience developing complex distributed systems with many integration points.
• At least 4 years of experience with service-oriented and event-driven system solutions.
• At least 4 years of experience with SQL Server and optimization of SQL databases.
• At least 4 years of experience with Entity Framework.
• At least 4 years of experience with TDD and automated testing.
• At least 4 years of experience with Azure DevOps Server.
• At least 4 years of experience with system development using REST APIs.
• At least 4 years of experience with system development using ServiceBus technology.
• At least 4 years of experience with multithreaded development using async/await in C#.
• At least 2 years of experience with Blazor and Telerik Blazor.
• At least 7 years of experience documenting system design and system implementation.
• Experience working with agile methods.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with SSIS packages for SQL Server.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with IoC and Dependency Injection (DI).
